2- Color line

In this production set, the colors of Valersa Spain and Monto Spain are used.

- Walersa color is in the family of polyurethane colors and Monto color is in the family of OILBASE colors

* In polyurethane colors, from white color to tinted mixed colors, all from Basecoat to Topcoat and even their thinners are used from Spain's Valersa brand.

* In OILBASE colors, from Basecot to Topcot, Spanish Monto colors are used, and these colors are used to cover wood and natural wood.

TOPCOAT (paint spray)

This collection is equipped with a separate paint room and dryer for spraying paint, and all spraying is done with a German Wagner pump for high quality paint.

BASECOAT (sanding and undercoating):

In order to speed up the sanding process and the uniformity of the parts after sanding, as well as for the high quality of the paint, all the sanding steps are done continuously with the BIESE machine in Italy.

3- CNC - ROUTING ( 5 Axis )

All the drilling steps are done through the most equipped ultra-precise cnc machines with an accuracy of one tenth of a millimeter to install the built-in door hinges and place the door locks and handles in the work with very high precision by a five-axis robotic machine.
